Payment terms

• Cash payment or via bank transfer.
• Deposit amounts to 20% of total amount.
• Deposit term: payment within 14 days after the booking. If the deposit has not been paid in time time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.
• The remaining amount can be paid in cash on arrival / departure.
• Or you can transfer the remaining amount before arrival.
• An early departure or late arrival will not be refunded.
• Our cancellation policy is based on the Austrian hotel legislatoin.
• If you book over a booking platform (like Booking.com) the cancellation policy
  of the respective platform applies.
• If your country / federal state has a negative travel advice for Tyrol or there is a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge.
